About Us

Michelle Baker, Co-Founder & CEO

Michelle, a former Director for the Disney Institute (DI) in both Florida and California, retired from The Walt Disney Company in 2021 after a 24-year career. While at DI she led the onstage Facilitators, collaborated with organizations across the world on leadership, culture, and service, and established a new internal workforce deployment model.

Prior to joining DI, she had the privilege of leading and mentoring strong leaders and dedicated cast members for Disney Cruise Line as the Shoreside Sr. Operations Manager. Her path eventually led her to a shipboard role as an Officer onboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.

Michelle is a Welch Scholar and Honors MBA graduate from the Jack Welch Management Institute, Strayer University. Originally from Rochester, NY, and a three-decade Florida resident, Michelle now prefers mountain air where she can nurture her own personal wellness with outdoor adventures.

AJ Baker, Co-Founder & COO

AJ is responsible for the execution of the creative strategy. He manages all of Stoneledge’s branding, including digital content, social media, and web design. He also directs our keynotes, workshops, and live events.

Prior to his “all-in” moment for Stoneledge, AJ was on a leadership path with a fortune 100 company. Now, he provides a fresh lens to a centuries-old challenge: How do you create a culture where people feel heard, valued, and developed.

AJ Baker attended University of TN, Knoxville and is a graduate of Valencia College in Orlando, FL, where he studied business and anthropology. As the co-founder of Stoneledge he has been an integral part of the organization’s foundation, from initial ideation through the creation of brand identity.
