Michelle Baker, Co-Founder & CEO
As primary coach and lead solutions architect for Stoneledge, Michelle Baker is all-in when it comes to her clients. She’s deeply invested in their success and genuinely cares about helping them thrive.
After a fulfilling 24-year career with The Walt Disney Company, Michelle retired in 2021 to channel her wealth of experience into her work at Stoneledge.
During her time as a Director at Disney Institute in both Florida and California, Michelle partnered with organizations around the globe, guiding leaders in culture, leadership, and service excellence. She led DI’s onstage facilitators and shared Disney’s best practices with executives across industries.
Before joining Disney Institute, Michelle was part of the opening team for Disney Cruise Line, serving as Shoreside Senior Operations Manager. She later sailed aboard the Disney Dream as an Officer, deepening her resilience and gaining invaluable experience leading Officers and crew representing 60 nationalities.
Throughout her Disney career, Michelle stayed committed to her own mental and physical vitality, incorporating outdoor adventures and a healthy lifestyle into her leadership approach, a perspective she now brings to Stoneledge.
Michelle is a certified coach (HCI), Board Member (TLCF, Strayer University), and an Honors MBA graduate from the Jack Welch Management Institute. After spending three decades in central Florida, she now embraces the mountain air of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
AJ Baker, Co-Founder & COO
AJ oversees Stoneledge’s operations and strategic execution. He leads the development of the systems, infrastructure, and processes that support our coaching and consulting engagements. While he continues to guide Stoneledge’s brand and digital presence, his primary focus is ensuring the organization operates at an executive-level standard.
Prior to his “all-in moment” with Stoneledge, AJ was on a leadership path at a flagship Whole Foods store in California. Today, he brings both operational discipline and creative perspective to the firm, complementing Michelle’s executive experience with a systems-oriented approach to execution.
AJ Baker attended University of TN, Knoxville and is a graduate of Valencia College in Orlando, FL, where he studied business and anthropology. As the co-founder of Stoneledge, he has been an integral part of the organization’s foundation, from initial ideation through the creation of brand identity. A self-proclaimed car guy, AJ enjoys balancing his work commitments with drives through the Tennessee mountains.

J.J. supports the strategic growth and brand ethos of Stoneledge, while aligning solutions with client needs. JJ is a seasoned leader in recreation, a successful business owner, and life-long advocate for personal development.
Samantha Baum
Client Engagement Director
One of the original Stoneledge team members, Sam provides client and course support for Stoneledge, while contributing to marketing direction, social media approach, and strategic direction.
