Workshops
Build the disciplines of High-Leverage Leadership.
In this hands-on workshop, Stoneledge helps senior leadership teams operationalize their approach to Relentless Prioritization, Strategic Delegation, and Calm Execution.
The Impact of an Inconsistent Approach
Senior leaders don’t need to have the same style, but they do need a consistent approach for prioritizing what matters most, delegating ownership, and keeping execution consistent.
Without these shared disciplines, outcomes are inconsistent.
Priorities are interpreted differently across teams.
Delegation depends too much on each leader’s personal style.
Standards for ownership and follow-through are unclear.
Execution varies by team instead of moving with consistency.
What a Consistent Approach Feels Like
The organization runs like a well-oiled machine when senior leaders are focused on the right priorities, ownership moves through the right people, and execution feels steady instead of strained.
Shared leadership disciplines create leverage.
Priorities are aligned across teams.
Delegation creates ownership and accelerates talent development.
Follow-through becomes easier to reinforce.
Execution moves faster and smoother across the organization.
How This Fits
Once alignment is clear, use this workshop to build shared language, disciplines, and practices for High-Leverage Leadership.

Your High-Leverage Facilitator
The High-Leverage Leadership Workshop is led by Michelle Baker, Co-Founder and CEO of Stoneledge.
She spent two decades leading teams for Disney Cruise Line and the Disney Institute, and holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She brings a passion for exceptional leadership to every Stoneledge workshop.
Michelle is the primary architect of the High-Leverage Leadership Framework, developed through six years of research, client work, refinement, and real feedback from senior leaders.
Leveraging all of the above, she helps executives work through real-life competing priorities, delegation complexity, and execution barriers.
