Co-Founder and CEO Michelle Baker brings decades of senior leadership experience from Disney to her work with executive teams and senior leaders. As a mother-son team, Michelle and AJ Baker pair senior-level consulting and facilitation with the client experience work that make each engagement feel intentional.
